By accessing and using Luminicore's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Luminicore provides lead generation services through advanced AI-powered targeting and social network advertising. Our services include:

• Qualified lead generation across multiple advertising channels
• AI-powered lead scoring and verification
• Multi-channel campaign management
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Social network integration and optimization

3. Qualification Process

Access to our platform requires qualification through our application process. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on our internal criteria. Qualification does not guarantee service availability or specific results.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced per qualified lead delivered:

• Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon lead delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and psychographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has passed our multi-step verification process

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Lead information is provided exclusively to you and is not shared with third parties.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luminicore's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods used in our platform remain the exclusive property of Luminicore. Clients retain ownership of their data and lead information provided to them.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Luminicore reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of our platform.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for lead contact.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abilene, Texas.
